Strategic Brand Assessment

“Bring your brand’s potential into focus.”

What it is for.
BrandFocus© is a structured day of analysis and discussion for companies that want to understand how clearly their brand is defined, how recognisable and consistent it is, and whether it is expressing its full potential.
We do not start from the assumption that everything needs to change. We start with what is already there to understand what works, what could work better, and what has not yet been clearly defined.

Let’s ask the right questions:

  • Who are we?
  • What makes us different?
  • Why should a customer choose us?
  • How do we want to be perceived?
  • Is our positioning clear?
  • Does our identity truly represent us?
  • Are we recognisable compared with our competitors?
  • Is our visual language consistent?
  • Do we have a distinctive voice?
  • Are we communicating our real value?

These are just some of the questions we address during BrandFocus©. The framework allows us to look at the brand as a whole: strategy, positioning, identity, visual and verbal language, communication, and the main touchpoints with its audiences.

Who leads the discussion?

BrandFocus© is not a sales meeting. The discussion is led directly by senior professionals in branding, visual and verbal language — the same people who work hands-on every day with identity and communication.

We do not arrive with ready-made answers or solutions to sell. First we listen. Then we analyse. Then we bring things into focus.

How we read the answers:

What emerges What it means
The answer is clear It is already defined and may be a genuine strength of the brand.
The answer is weak or uncertain It is something that needs to be brought into focus or made more consistent.
There is no clear answer It may reveal an opportunity for future development.

The purpose of the day is not to solve every issue that emerges, but to identify it and assess its relevance. Areas that require further work can then become specific projects, with objectives, timing and costs defined separately.

What comes out of the day.

By the end of the discussion, we will have built a clearer picture of your brand together: strengths to build on, inconsistencies to resolve, aspects to define, and opportunities to develop.

Not everything will necessarily require action. If we identify areas worth developing — from positioning to visual identity, from tone of voice to communication — they can become separate projects.

You decide how, and whether, to continue.

Take a day to bring your brand into focus.
